Seller Agreement

By listing items on The Trading Post, sellers agree to the following.

Listing Accuracy

Sellers must provide accurate descriptions of products including condition, quantity, ingredients (when applicable), and pricing.

Sellers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations including but not limited to:

• agricultural regulations
• cottage food laws
• food safety regulations
• health department requirements
• wildlife laws
• consumer protection laws
• labeling requirements

Food Safety Responsibility

Sellers who list food, agricultural, or consumable products are solely responsible for ensuring that such products comply with all applicable food safety laws and regulations.

Sellers represent and warrant that:

• products are prepared, handled, stored, and transported in accordance with applicable health and safety standards
• all required licenses, permits, or registrations are obtained where required by law
  product labeling is accurate and compliant with applicable regulations
• any allergen or ingredient information required by law is properly disclosed
  

The Trading-Post Marketplace does not inspect, verify, or certify food products listed on the platform.

Seller Responsibility

Sellers are responsible for:

• product quality
• food safety compliance (if applicable)
• delivery or shipping
• communication with buyers
• resolving customer complaints

Prohibited Products

Sellers may not list illegal or restricted items.

The Trading Post may remove listings at its discretion.
